Conditions of booking and cancellation - READ BEFORE TO VALIDE

All our rooms are non-smoking. 

 Your room will be ready to welcome you from 3:00 pm and will be released the day of departure no later than 11:00 am (Please, see directly with the owner in case of exceptional events).  

Our guest house is open all year without different rates according to the seasons.  

Stays are only guaranteed upon receipt of deposit or 30% of total price (if cancellation, refund until 48 hours in advance).  

Full payment of stay is on arrival by check, we also accept holiday vouchers or cash.  

For the comfort and tranquility of our guests, our pets are not accepted.
